Is it right for us
Can Trajectory get our leadership team aligned on one strategy?

Will our own leaders make the calls, not outside consultants?
Yes. Your leadership team decides, and Mantle Counsel facilitates. A short, structured intake covers market reality, financial baseline, competitive map and regulatory timing, so leaders start from the same facts. In the workshops, your team decides where capital and talent move, what stops and what gets doubled.

Yes. Trajectory is a discipline your leadership team learns, not a report handed to you. Counsel facilitates, and your team owns the commitments made in the room, so the method stays with your leaders.
How it works
Will we leave with a plan we can take to our board?
Yes. You leave with a capital reallocation plan, a trade-off canvas and a one-page board narrative. The plan shows the dollars and the quarters they move in. Each strategic bet gets an owner, a metric, a tripwire and a kill criterion. Each posture is stress-tested against several plausible market scenarios.
Will we agree in advance what would make us stop a strategic bet?
Yes. You set the exit before you start. Each bet in the bet inventory has a hypothesis, an owner, a metric, a tripwire and a kill criterion. Weekly tripwire reviews then check them as execution runs.
Can we test an operating change before we commit to it?
Yes. You can see the likely impact first. Any operating change from Trajectory can be simulated in Mantle Mirror, our digital twin platform, before it ships.

Will the plan start from our own financial numbers?
Yes. Your plan starts from your numbers. The intake sets your financial baseline next to market reality and the competitive map. The capital reallocation plan then shows the actual dollars and the quarters they move in.
