Is it right for us
Can Constellation run one department's work from start to finish?
Yes. You get one digital workforce for the department, running its work end to end. Constellation combines Mantle products, custom-built parts and your existing systems. It uses AI agents where the work needs reasoning and fixed, rule-based steps where the chain must hold.
Can Constellation run our sales ops, service, IT or HR work our way?
Yes. Your workforce is set up around your house rules, escalation matrix, sign-off gates and regulatory clocks. Workforces cover areas such as sales ops, customer service, IT operations and HR service delivery.
Can Constellation cover the work that falls between our teams and tools?
Yes. A workforce can cover a whole department or a cross-function. That means it handles the hand-offs: the work between agents, between systems and between teams, not just the work inside one tool.
How it works
Can we keep the AI agents in the workforce under control?
Yes. Your workforce is governed through Conduit, Mantle's governance layer, with one audit trail, policy plane and cost ledger across Mantle and third-party agents. Sensitive actions pass through approval gates, and you can test operating changes in Mirror before they reach the workforce.
Does context carry over when work passes from one step to the next?
Yes. Your context travels with the work. Each step uses the right capability, and hand-offs keep the intent, context, customer need and business rationale. Sensitive actions stop at an approval gate, and everything else flows through.
Can we replay and check what the agents in our workforce did?
Yes. You can see how each agent behaves. Observability includes trace replay, evaluation of agent output by a model acting as judge, and prompt-injection detection. It all sits on one audit trail through Conduit.
Can we test a process change before the workforce runs it?
Yes. You see the impact before your operation does. Any operating change can be simulated in Mirror, Mantle's family of digital twins, before it reaches the workforce.
Your systems and data
Will it work with the systems, models and agents we already run?
Yes. You keep your current systems. Constellation connects to your core systems, such as CRM, ERP, HRIS and ITSM, through Conduit. You can use the major model providers or your own fine-tuned model. Agents already running on your CRM, productivity and IT service platforms can join the same workforce.
Can the workforce reach our data warehouse, identity and comms systems?
Yes. Constellation connects through Conduit to your data warehouses, identity, communications and code, as well as your CRM, ERP, HRIS and ITSM. Each agent works under one identity layer with machine-to-machine sign-in.
