How it works
Will a Mantle Labs project follow a clear process from idea to handover?
Yes. You get three clear stages. In discovery, our Litmus, North Star and, where relevant, Trajectory frameworks sharpen the build target before code. The build runs on Lightning Build, with Forge drafting stories, design decision records and test plans. Then we hand the software over to you.
Will Labs check the quality of AI-assisted code before it goes in?
Yes. Changes are checked by an AI evaluator alongside fixed test assertions. Spark brings requirements discipline to AI-assisted coding, so speed and structure come together.
Will agents and people work together on our build?
Yes. Lightning Build runs delivery, with rituals designed for teams of agents and people, and delivery metrics tracked as the build moves.
Will our requirements and test plans be written down as the build moves?
Yes. Your build stays documented. Forge, Mantle's product management and delivery tool, drafts the stories, design decision records, test plans and evaluation suites.
Your systems and data
Will we own the code when the project ends?
